Cowabunga is a card game of ups and downs and cows on surfboards. Ride high on the wave, dodging obstacles as you play numbered cards to raise or lower the water level. Each time the tide changes somebody gets to play an obstacle card. If you crash into another player's obstacle it's wipeout city for you. Finish the game with the fewest wipeouts to win. For 2-5 players. Ages 8 and up.
